Example 1

    \dontleavehmode

Vertical mirror

  • {\it \rlap{asdf}\mirror{\rotate[rotation=180]{asdf}}}
    \blank
    \dontleavehmode
    \rlap{\externalfigure[cow][width=5.7mm]}%
    \mirror{\rotate[rotation=180]{\externalfigure[cow][width=6mm]}}
