The annual ConTeXt Group Journal (CGJ) is the members magazine of context group and contains the proceedings of the ConTeXt meetings. Its articles get published publicly about a half year after publication.
Simple example of an article:
\usemodule[cgj] \startArticle[ % use Title Case Title={Article Title}, SubTitle={Article subtitle}, Author={Una Persson}, Email={u.persson@example.com}, ] \startAbstract What to expect \stopAbstract % or \noAbstract % You can use \section / \subject and below. Don’t use Title Case. \startTEX % also MP, LUA, and XML code examples \stopTEX \startplacefigure[title={My caption.},location={here}] \externalfigure[filename][width=.66tw] \stopplacefigure \stopArticle
While a cgj module is included in the ConTeXt distribution, it’s being rewritten since 2024 (the new version was used for the first time in CGJ 2024, i.e. proceedings of the ConTeXt meeting 2023).
The layout of the submitted articles is finalized by the editor.
